Cambridge Intelligence is a software company specialising in graph visualization software. Their target market is international companies which have a large amount of data and need to use data visualisation to make sense of it, they needed to target both management and developers within a business.

We created a set of search campaigns targeting industry keywords with ads targeting both managers and developers, followed by remarketing display ads which recapture users attention once they’ve left the website. The result of these campaigns was a 21% increase in conversions, and since the beginning of the campaign we’ve achieved a 34% decrease in cost per click and a 63% increase in clicks. Following on from this success, we’re now working together on a social PPC campaign which is utilising remarketing techniques to increase brand visibility.

Slant Riggs are a small workwear embroidery and printed clothing business based in Warwickshire, they’re a small family run business which was looking to expand their market beyond the surrounding counties. Their target market was small to medium sized businesses throughout the UK in need of embroidery or printing services.

Working with them, a search network campaign was setup with an additional remarketing audience and smart bidding. With this campaign, they've increased their enquiries by an incredible 38%, the majority of which have turned into customers. Through ongoing management of their campaign, we’ve achieved a 67% decrease in cost per click and 57% increase in click through rate. Plus, because their business has a limited capacity, they needed to have the flexibility to turn their marketing up and down depending on their current capacity, something that a PPC campaign enables.

Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms is a well known retail business with four showrooms throughout Cambridgeshire. Their target market is 40 – 60 year olds living within Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties, who are currently in the market for a new kitchen or bathroom. Their objective was to increase the number of calls, emails and appointment bookings, which would then increase the footfall to their showrooms. They were particularly keen to promote their new Kitchen and Bathroom Experience Centre in St Neots.

Separate search campaigns were created for each showroom, ensuring users would only be directed to and shown contact details for their nearest showroom. This was then followed by a remarketing campaign which reengaged users whilst they were researching other kitchen and bathroom companies, common for this type of purchase. The result of the continued management of these campaigns has been a 53% increase in click through rate, a 39% decrease in cost per click and a 27% increase in clicks. Together, we’re now running a Facebook campaign to engage their target market with a video based advert showcasing the incredible kitchens this company creates.
